BE IN LOVE :)
We are on the process of having a candle light dinner with HIM.. :)
There is a phrase which as humans we often use---
Oh !! he/she is just in love with love.....
It conveys the idea that the person about whom we are saying this, is not actually in love. But is in love with the idea of " Love ".
Are we in love with the idea of having this Divine Love... or do we actually know how to love HIM ??
So we have to actually learn to Love HIM :) And as we discussed earlier that we have no idea what unconditional love actually is... thus we don't know how to love HIM....
Let's just see what kind of symptoms we encounter in sayings of many such souls, who knows what it is to Love HIM...
This love, is actually HIS gift to us. It's HIS pull, which finally gives us the taste of Divine Love.
Sai BULLEHSHAH Ji says...
AAPEY PAAIYAAN KUNDIYAA TAIN TEY AAPEY HE KHICHDA HAI DOR...
HE HIMSELF attracts HIS soul and starts pulling HIS soul towards HIM.
But still .... If somehow there is a spark starting inside us, why now make it a raging inferno ?? And try to do whatever possible to keep this fire burning ? Just don't be in love with the idea of love... Just LOVE HIM...

There is Jewish saying- GOD is a jealous BELOVED.
Till there is one single spark left inside us , for any kind of worldly love, HE won't accept our heart. HE needs our undivided complete heart. When the whole heart is filled with HIM and HIM alone, only then we can think that love is shining here, residing here.
First thing is to empty and clean our complete heart and make the place worthy of HIS residing...
DIL KA HUZRA SAAF KAR JANAA KE AANE KE LIYE.....
Clean and empty your heart to make space for only HIM....
With this will come seeking only HIM. If thereby we have unhappiness , it is welcome. if thereby there is discontent , it is welcome. If there come pain of separation and fire of yearning... that is more then welcome....
How and why do we love HIM ?
Why do we love ourselves ? We love ourselves coz we cannot help it. For a lover that same reason stands true...
We love HIM coz we cannot help loving HIM... We don't love HIM, coz HE is ultimate power and HE can grant us anything we want or we need. We don't love HIM coz HE can give us ultimate love. We don't love HIM coz then HE will take us out of this miserable world and free us from cycles of numerous births and deaths...
We love HIM coz HE is soooo lovable... :) And we can not help loving HIM. How can a soul help not loving HIM ?? A lover is not even concerned about receiving love back from BELOVED. He is just happy in loving his BELOVED. His complete joy resides in this loving his very own BELOVED.
Our third MASTER gave us the example of this Love. HE was content to sit in back , watching HIS own MASTER saying something , doing something. HE would just sit quietly and keep watching HIS MASTER. And when HIS MASTER turned to ask HIM HIS opinion about something. HE just said whatever YOU say HUZUR. And HUZUR used to just smile at HIS answer. Helplessly in love with HIM.....
There is one example in "Bhagwat ". When Krishna was gone with cows for whole day, Gopis would feel bereft. And in the evening when He would come back, they will run to have His darshan, forsaking all their household duties. They would just sit and watch Him playing flute. At that time when there was winking of the eyes, they would be annoyed with the eyes. They felt that the creator who created this winking, must be absolutely without any idea, how much suffering this winking can cause to a lover. That one moment looked like one yuga . That much loosing sight of BELOVED felt like an age, to a lover. Once one gopi was very sick. Wasn't even able to leave her bed. When the flute of Krishna started playing her heart flew towards BELOVED, But her body failed her. Her disgust for limiting body, and suffering for loosing the time with BELOVED was so great that she gave up her body.
There is nothing to divide a Lover from BELOVED. Not even BELOVED's greatness can keep a Lover apart. There are so many of us, struggling with our weakness and unworthiness. That this feeling keeps us away from completely loving HIM. HE is great .... no doubt. HE is King of Kings... And yet for a Lover HE is.....just.... mine..... :)
Coz when you love HIM... how can any thought about own self remain ?? Where is that faculty ?? which judges and passes judgement -- that you are worthy or unworthy for such and such.... ??
A lover is not capable of having that much thought about himself. A lover is just busy in loving BELOVED...
Then there is one another such story. Once Krishna's wife Rukamani , wanted to know... why He loves and keeps remembering and missing Gopis so much ?? He just smiled and didn't answered. Sometime later He fell sick. Complaining of stomach ache. Now the doctor that treated Him, gave this remedy... A water used by true lover of Krishna, to wash her feets. Krishna drinking that water will be cured. First Rukamani was asked to wash her feet and give this water for Krishna to drink. Now it is said that one who does this and make An Avatar drink such water, will go to hell. She refuse to be such a sinner , to make her God drink this water. Many others supposedly in love with Krishna were asked to give this water. Everyone refused. A messenger was sent to the place where Gopis resides. When they were given this message. And were asked that their BELOVED is suffering so much pain. They never flickered even for a moment. They straight away washed their feet and gave this water to messenger. Urging him to make haste. For every moment of Krishna's suffering was unbearable to them...
They never received social platform to be treated as Krishna's consorts. In fact all they received was criticism and pain from families. With this single act they doomed themselves for hell ( supposedly )
And yet, what is the fear of hell in front of Love.. ?? Rukamani got her answer.....
So why do we love HIM ?? Coz there is nothing else.... to love.... Not even liberation.....
What's more important then love? To be in Love, to experience love. What's seperation or union in front of just loving HIM ??
Just being able to love HIM.... is more then enough. Every moment spent in loving HIM is ..... beyond words... :) Ah !! the inadequacy of words .......
So Krishna says in "Bhagwat "-- How can I give adequate return , the love that i receive from gopis ?
Where such lovers go, I go behing them so that the dust of their feet may fall upon me and I may be purified.
That is the highest tribute anyone can pay to a human being--- a Lover of Divine BELOVED.
Somewhere SHRI GURU NANAK JI says-
JAN NANAK DHOOD MANGEY TIS GURU SIKH DE,
JO AAP JAPEY AWARO NAAM JAPAWEY...
One Perfect MASTER is telling us that even HE loves such Lovers... ( disciples ) who loves their BELOVED and teaches through their own behavior to love HIM....
By constant remembrance...... By just loving HIM.... without asking, needing anything in return....or even dreaming about having any benefit of loving HIM.... not even HIS love in return....
Just happy being in love with HIM.... enjoying all the moments of loving HIM and only HIM....
May HE grant us capacity of such unconditional love.....
