HUMILITY

Again starting from a story.
once three friends who spent their life in good deeds, constantly remembering God and remembering always to thanks HIM for whatever good came their way, praying constantly..died together.

when they reached heavenly abode, they were sure that due to their good life and behaviour they will get admittence inside the father's abode...

but when they reached there they saw a very long line outside. they stood last in the que , patiently waiting their turn. but to their surprise and horror they saw souls going inside happily and immediately kicked out again, turned away from the heavenly abode. they were skeptical . till their turn came they saw each soul being turned away, not being given admittence inside. they were secretly feeling pleased thinking that those poor souls must not have lived their life as per FATHER'S expectations. but feeling sure they did!!!!

their turn came. first friend went inside and saw GOD ..their FATHER. wow!! what a site to behold. HE asked -- so son, r u ready to reap the fruits of ur life? he replied ..oh!! yes, father i m ready to taste the fruits of my life lived according to good deeds, u like. and live here inside my FATHER'S home. but to his horror and surprise he too was immediately kicked out. second friend went inside. same quetion was asked from him and he replied similiarly..with confidence that he did nothing wrong and he..will surely gain admittence. but he too was kicked out. last friend went inside..scared now...

GOD asked him the same question.

he immediately fell down on his knees... and started weeping...

he said..oh!! no FATHER i m not ready for this. coz if i say yes, i'll then have to be ready for all those times when i did wrongs too. i m ungrateful son of urs, and i have done so many mistakes. but u r my FATHER, all i request u to plz forgive me and don't put me out of ur presense . coz i can't live without ur love. thy will be done..but just forgive me enuf to let me be with u.



GOD got up from HIS seat and HIMSELF came forward and embraced HIS returning home son....



MASTER said ---- ON HUMILITY...



A DEVOTEE SHUD NOT WASTE TIME DWELLING ON THE CHARACTER OF OTHERS, NOR FINDING FAULT WITH THEM. INSTEAD HE SHUD LOOK WITHIN HIMSELF AND REALISE HIS OWN SHORTCOMINGS.



WHY SHUD I JUDGE OTHER’S MERIT OR FAULTS;


AM I IN ANY WAY FREE FROM THEM?






WHY SHUD I ASSESS OTHER’S VIRTUE AND VICE;


IN WHAT WAY R MY ACTS DIFFERENT FROM THEIRS?






WHY SHUD I DWELL ON OTHER’S MALICE AND RANCHOR;


I HAVE EVEN MORE OF THOSE FAILINGS IN ME.






THERE IS NONE AS DECIETFUL AND LAX AS I;


I HAVE YET TO SEE SUCH A ONE WITH MY OWN EYES.






I HAVE VICES IN ABUNDANCE, SAYS TUKA,


YET I SURRENDER MY HEART AT THY FEET, O LORD.

We don't have any right to judge anyone. coz our views are very limited. our perspectives are bound by our limited views and prejudices. but HE from above can see the whole picture. why a certain person behaves in a certain way towards us. only HE can see the complete story.

There is a famous story about a woman being killed as a punishment for her sins by being stoned to death. everyone was cheerfully throwing stones at her. When one wise man came and said- let the one who is completely pure and has done no sin in whole his/ her life pick and throw the first stone. at this no one could come forward. Why?
coz inside us we all know how much pure we are. so how can we judge others??

I CANNOT DO THAT, COZ HUMILITY IS A TEACHER OF ITSELF. IT’S LEARNT BY MEANS OF IT’S PRACTICE. IF U CANNOT PRACTISE IT, U CANNOT LEARN IT. IF U CANNOT LEARN IT, U DO NOT REALLY WANT TO LEARN IT AT ALL.

to learn humility..we have biggest example in OUR MASTER.

the king of all existence....how humble HE is...

if we love HIM how can we then not be humble? when OUR SATGURU is our ideal?

but then MASTER also used to say---

Calculated humility is like costume jewellary.



so we have to beware that our humility should come from deep, within our hearts and soul..with the aim that each and every soul is OUR GOD'S creation, and desreves our love and honour. and that we being humble to other souls r just giving respect to OUR MASTER. this will make us really humble and help us in loving everyone as HIS children. will help us overcome EGO.



MASTER  gave emphasis to our becoming better humans ... by being humble...we have to learn to become good humans first. only then we can call our selves as HIS[ GOD's] children.

HE is our father. and father should not feel ashamed of HIS children's bad behaviour.

SIMPLICITY

While satsangs of any perfect MASTER, we come across many simple human beings. They are poor and very simple in mind. If we ask them anything they can’t reply. They don’t even have this much IQ level. And we wonder how they came to know about dera and MASTER.


But as soon as MASTER arrives their blank faces will transform. Their eyes shine with complete love and happiness. It seems really remarkable that simpleminded people like them can grasp the significance of MASTER and HIS presence. They will sit with their hands folded and enraptured, their eyes never wander anywhere else from HIS face.

They teach us how to really do darshan.


And they r so much more blessed then people who have intellectual levels, good family and good living. Even though they r simple and poor. Surprised????

Here is why i feel so. MASTER loves them too much. Can’t say more. Coz i believe HE loves everyone equally. But these r special souls. It’s as if due to their good karmas they r given this special treatment in this life and been given this simplicity and poor life.


Their minds don’t generate thoughts like us. Since they r not intellectually strong. What a blessing… their soul and mind is full of complete love and faith for their MASTER, they understand only one thing. That HE is God and God has asked them to do meditation. And so they don’t waste time in gaining more knowledge, spending time in discussions about MASTER, or HIS latest satsang or visits. They do their daily work and sit down to do what God has asked them to do. And since their mind is empty of thoughts [ they have less of I ness ] and full of love they reach the eye…. More sooner.

So isn’t their birth more better then people who lives in gala houses and have gala lifestyle. And they complain of having no time for meditation and then yet complain that they don’t have more in life.

MASTER often says…be simple. It’s so simple to be simple.

Live simply. Next time to acquire the habit of simplicity just sacrifice things that come as hindrance in our meditation. Be it an extra hour chatting with gossiping neighbour, watching another soap opera on TV. Or chatting on internet. They drain precious energy. Keep our life as much simple as possible. And then see the results.

Those simple people r truly the blessed one. For they reach simply...where we strive hard to reach. thru their simple love and single minded devotion to their God.

SILENCE AND STILLNESS

SILENCE---------

There was once a disciple. He was very inquisitive and kept asking many questions from his MASTER. His MASTER wud patiently answer all his questions. One day as was his habit he asked a question from his MASTER . That day his MASTER refused to answer his question and asked him to be silent.

He felt dispondent and became silent. Not talking, never asking any question. Soon after when he became silent he started progressing on his spiritual path and turned completely with in…


This is how much we must treasure silence. MASTER used to say…to progress spiritually we need to follow these rules…eat less, sleep less and talk less…

THE FIRST VIRTUE IS TO RESTRAIN THE TONGUE; HE APPROACHES NEAREST TO THE GODS WHO KNOWS HOW TO BE SILENT, EVEN THOUGH HE IS IN THE RIGHT.

Once a devotee asked MASTER -- “MASTER what is the best expression of our love and devotion to the guru?” Gazing tenderly upon the eager face of the disciple MASTER prescribed---“ digest it…”

we have to become silent enuf to digest his love inside us. Then as he starts bestowing his treasure of inner wealth on us we will become capable to hold that treasure and honour it. For this becoming silent is must.

Once i read the quote--- TRY NOT TO SAY IT. U MAY WANT TO SAY IT, U MITE ACHE TO SAY IT, IT MAY B FUNNY. IT MAY B THE TRUTH. IT MAY B JUSTICE, IT MAY B VENGEANCE. BUT IT WUD STILL BE BETTER TO JUST SHUT UP…

Precious energy is needed to turn within. As we all know soul thru many doors is scattered outside. And in this most precious energy is drained while we speak unnecessarily. Chatting, gossiping, back biting, nagging, hurting others, draining energy and creating karmas as well. As GOD doesn’t like talking bad about others and hurting feelings of others. It’s a very famous quote. That words uttered have power to hurt and kill more then sword has. If this energy is used where it’s very much needed…to turn within, we just may be astonished how easily we progress…
Silence is golden for those who are on this path of..god realisation and freedom…

Building the atmosphere of silence around us will help us in bringing stillness inside more quickly when we sit down to be with him.. And it will also give us power to live according to his will. As we learn to turn to him in silence for support. As we experience trouble in our life.

As MASTER repeatedly in many places said..speak very little and when speak, speak very gently and lovingly.

It will teach us humility as well.. One more thing our MASTER  repeatedly ask us to develop as spiritual travellers.

HOW RARE TO FIND A SOUL STILL ENUF TO HEAR THE GOD SPEAK.

Every where it is said it’s in stillness we find God…and we can start this stillness by practising silence whole day.


We have no control over our destiny or even on what ever we are. It’s all in HIS hand. We only have control over our thoughts…hard though this control is..it’s life time struggle. But control is must. Coz that makes us who we are. That keeps evolving us continuosly. That is our duality..that one moment when all our thoughts ceases..that one moment of stillness is enuf to reach our inner MASTER. And so this is our aim…achieving this stillness where we can hear HIM speaking to us. In wordless…love..

Ofcourse the changes we need to walk on the path can be made. And can be achieved, only if we r serious about getting liberated from “84”.  As MASTER often says…it’s the path for brave hearts. U have to be serious about reaching back home. In the way mind will play tricks and u may want to give up and relax in this world for a while. But then MASTER  says…missing even one day of meditation makes us fall behind upto one month..wow!!!! That’s staggering. Why fall behind one month? When we have covered such long way.? There is no time to stand still and look back and admire the path already covered. Coz we still have miles to go.

So we need to make all these changes. Practising silence is ultimately beneficial to us only. We won’t hurt anyone, we will save precious energy which is needed to meditate, we will learn to digest HIS love. And ultimately digest all..when the doors opens…we will never say anything that shudn’t be said. And we will build the atmosphere around us which will help us in meditation.

SIMRAN- THE MEDITATION

Starting with a true story ...plz forgive for making this true example. But it is synonyms with this biggest truth on the path...so felt like sharing this incidence …….


There was a girl..a teenager. In front of her house was a big park. One year in summer vacation period, somewhere near her neighbour an old man of about 65 yrs came to live with his daughter as he had no one else left in the world. Her daughter already had an invalid child to take care. So she was very busy, and cudn't give her father company. That old man will come out in this park around 4 in the afternoon and sit there all alone till 6.30. The teenager girl saw him many time all alone. And one day she decided out of the blue moon..my summer vacations r going on. I don't take afternoon nap and i m also free this time..around four. Why not be in his company. He must have so much to share about life. And next day she shyly went upto the old man in the park and haultingly asked his permission to be with him daily afternoon from 4 to 5. He was happy and permitted her to be with him..and so started a very unlikely friendship between a shy north indian teenager girl and an old south indian man with many stories to tell but not knowing a single word of hindi.

One day she slept in the afternoon and kept sleeping thru..one single day..she slept...and he waited.

Next day when she went to the park..the man was very agitated and kept looking towards the path from where she came. When she reached him..there was tears in his eyes and voice..and he just asked..u never came yesterday ..i missed being with u...

And with the jolt she realised that it was not just a time passing ..it was a commitment..to be kept...not to hurt any one, a responsibility to be taken seriously if u started giving company to some one.

After couple of months that man had to leave for south to oversee some of his work, he promised to return soon and told that girl...these were best days of my old life and i m very happy.

He died after one week of leaving to south.



The need to tell this story was only this..

When u make a commitment to meet someone and to give someone ur company, u r honour bound to keep that promise.



and when u recieve initiation from MASTER u promise to meet HIM daily for 2 and half hour...minimum...



When u promise to meet HIM and u don't show up....



Have u imagined HIS waiting for u..and becoming disappointed and gradually tears forming in HIS eyes...



Then u really shud meet HIM daily...



Appointed time...and then one day HE will smile....



The one and only thing our MASTER ask from us is to do simran (meditation) and in return HE promise to take care of our permarth as well as swarth.



MASTER said the thing can be said in six lines or in six books bu it will remaun the same and that is – simran karo (do meditation).



so much we keep reading about meditation. Sharing here just one thing which touched my soul.



When we sit for meditation, we can prepare ourselves by consciously asking ourself as we began –





(i) AM I AWARE OF THE WORDS I AM REPEATING?


ii) AM I AWARE OF THE DARKNESS I AM PEERING INTO?


iii) AM I AWARE OF THE MASTER'S PRESENCE?


iv) AM I RELAXED?



AND THEN WE PROCEED TO MEDITATION ITSELF.






NOTHING SHOULD INTERFERE WITH OUR MEDITATION AND NOTHING MEANS SIMPLY NOTHING.






ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT TWO & A HALF HOURS A DAY BELONG TO OUR MASTER AND NO ONE DESERVES THEM MORE THAN HE DOES. SO DON'T GIVE THEM TO ANYONE ELSE.





Once in an evening meeting in india someone was asking MASTER about meditation, all sorts of question like how to sit? How to visualise HIM ? How to repeat the words? And so on and on.





MASTER stopped him mid way and said very simply – just be with HIM.





Wait every day in that darkness and be with HIM, one day you will see the light inside. The light is there – no doubt and it is getting nearer all the time. For every step you take, HE takes thousand more in your direction, so the gap is closing. All you have to do is just stay there and just be with HIM.



Imagine urself in the room with HIM, at the third eye. Go inside and close the door, and tell ur mind that no matter what we will stay inside this door and we will just be with HIM, HIM who loves us…

when u actually sit down in the darkness and wait upon HIM..mind runs outside hating to be confined, all we can do is …tell ourself…we r just being with HIM…HE and me together, having conversation…IN CONVERSATION WITH…GOD…





Once someone asked MASTER..if efforts comes because of lord's grace and grace come because of efforts, then it seems that HE is doing everything..what r then we suppose to do???

HE in HIS gentle manner calmly replied...just show up...

It's as simple as that...

All HE asks us to do is..to show up..how much more simple this path can be?

Show up..on those appointed 2 n half hour..and rest all...HE does..all the burden HE carries..we just have to show up..and try our best to just be with HIM...

let's start by showing up..move on to just being with HIM..in stillness and silence...

And HE will take care.. of the rest. Because DADDY is driving, then why shud the child worry?

MIRACLES.

There is a story...




Once in a secluded place like a jungle one saint was passing thru. He saw a lone man sitting in rememberence of GOD and all the while asking GOD to just look at his way..Look towards me o GOD.



The saint then asked him..."oh simple man why do u think that GOD will look at ur way? what qualities u possess that HE may look at ur way.."



The man replied.." when HE will look towards me the qualities will come automatically."



The story itself tells a lot. we on our own don't possess that worth that GOD may look towards us. but when full of love for HIS child the GOD looks towards us HIS grace and love makes us worthy and fit to be in HIS presence.



Souls travelling on the path of santmat which is easiest most path that a child can follow and at the same time difficult most path only brave hearts can follow, find it hard sometimes just to keep holding on to the path. Faiths r shaken, with time when nothing happens with shaken faith comes many questions. And it becomes difficult to keep holding on. Keep going on.



It's easy enuf to listen to others life stories and saakhis of MASTER happening in others life, and building ur own faith on this basis. But when nothing happens extraordinary in ur own life and the MASTER remains silent as ever, it becums so hard. Sometimes it's hard to convince that HE cares and HE listens. but HE is soooo silent.



There is a saying..that the soul GOD loves most , tests most. HE throws as many tests in this soul's way...that any one can feel shaken. but then those who passess all the tests remaining stead fast on it's belief..GOD showers HIS love on this soul.



May be this is the only way to proof the soul's worth. that yes...determination to reach FATHER'S home burns brite in the heart of this soul. and nothing can make it falter.



The funny thing is--- GOD himself provides the courage to pass all the tests to HIS beloved soul.



What exactly people think a miracle is??



Something extraordinary , out of perceptions of human intellect. but our perceptions r so limited. and MASTER always say...the world inside is beyond our limited perception and intellect.



when we listen to the saakhis related by fellow travellers...they r miracles for us. and we forget simple things that GOD gave us thru HIS love that if we think seriously were always beyond our limited capabilities.



The will to sit for meditation , the need to love HIM..and the feeling of HIS being everything in our small miserable life...which HE is holding tight and making sense out of senseless things, all those fellow travellers that meet us and sometimes gives us that necessary push or support when we urgently need it to go on...does these not come under miracles.



And if we think that not a single leaf moves without HIS wish , then these miles stones in our life, do they come as coincidence? or it's HIS carefully planned support to provide us push , which HE knew we will need?



Then these r indeed miracles....



So as HE prepares to test us ..in our determination to reach HIM and as HE tests us in our faith...HE gives us necessary support to pass that tests too...



Once a great devotee and true follower with unshaken faith in his MASTER said...



May he forgive me here for quoting him...



He said don't ask for miracles from MASTER..HE is capable of giving u that one miracle that will forever change ur outlook towards HIM and build a solid faith on HIM...but when HE will give u that miracle..HE may stop giving u those other small very necessary things..to follow this path smoothly...



And in this here it can be added...we don't know how to beg and for what to beg. HE knows best what to provide and when to provide. if only we just let HIM be..



hume maangnaa nahi aataa...use dena aataa hai... :) :)



So ... we as a human with limited perceptions don't know what we will need and when we will need...but miraculously HE always know... thank god... :) :)



All we need to do is to remember every time we feel shaken on this path..to ask HIM for guidence. and then leave it to HIM to provide. it may come in a very small way..small enuf to go unnoticed. but big enuf to provide the rite degree of support HE planned to give us at that particular moment.



and that indeed is MIRACLE.



So many of live day in day out a very ordinary life..reading others saakhis and feeling happy..that these things happen..but sometimes needing one for our self..one of our own. Without realising that each and every moment HE is giving us a very small miracle which is keeping us on path with love and devotion.



Once MASTER said...dene ka ek zariya hota hai...that line sticked to my mind...



GOD also finds mediums to give HIS beloved child the very thing the child may need. but we looking for miracles from MASTER himself never look towards these small miracles coming towards us via some medium. forgetting that this medium itself was created by HIM....



Blessed r those who build there faith starting from nothing..no miracle..and nothing tangible..and keep strengthing it thru out the time walking on path..coz it meant that MASTER had faith in the capability of those children,... that they will pass even without HIS performing miracle for them...it's very easy to build faith on miracles...but with HIS being apparently silent..in our perception..keep moving on HIS direction..and one day..may be sooner then many others..u just may find urself in HIS arms...



But then the thing to remember is that even when we never felt HIS presence and even HE never appeared in front of us...HE was always there without our knowing, supporting us in every small way..



Be ready...for HE will test u...if HE loves u..and have faith in ur capabilities...



And will be there till u pass the test...



And that itself is a MIRACLE. :) :)

NARNIA--




This is the story of four ordinary children- Peter, Susan, Edmund, and Lucy Pevensie. They discover a wardrobe in Professor Digory Kirke's house that leads to the magical land of Narnia. The Pevensie children help Aslan, a talking lion, save Narnia from the evil White Witch, who has reigned over the kingdom of Narnia for a century of perpetual winter.



Peter in this movie is leadership. Leading mind to the rite direction. As soul takes front seat instead of following mind and senses since ages. As peter finds in himself the capability to lead. Susan is courage. It’s the courage of susan not to leave narnia in the clutches of white witch which convinces peter to lead. It’s the courage of mind which convinces soul and mind to form a friendship strong enuf to reach back home. Edmund is wayward mind who because of being lead by senses forgets his true duty. But once he understands his mistake he becomes a support on which we can lean. Once mind becomes convinced and starts walking on the path back home, it becomes true friend of soul. And dear sweet Lucy is that childlike innocence and coviction which is needed to enter the gates of GOD’S aboad our true home. As it is said some where that to reach inside the home of lord the soul needs to be innocent and pure like a child.



These all four qualities form together a band which helps a soul to reach back home. With the loving support and guidance of ASLAN- the MASTER. As ASLAN stand aside to let the band decide for themselves , choose the path . decision of treading on spiritual path shud be taken after full consideration. Coz this is not the holiday travel. It’s the path of discipline and determination of a full life time. Where many tests will come along the way. Where we may find ourselves incompatible. And yet we are never alone coz when we most need it…ASLAN- the MASTER is always standing there ready to give the support, the push that we may need to go on.



The most wonderful part in this movie which touched this soul too much was in the second sequence of this movie. When Lucy is trying hard to find ASLAN. Yet others don’t believe HE cud be alive. Since many ages or years have passed when they saw HIM last. But Lucy in her childlike innocence is unable to believe that ASLAN can be gone from narnia. What is narnia without ASLAN? When she finally sees HIM .. she ask why she was unable to see HIM earlier. ASLAN replies—coz u were not looking hard enuf..



WOW!!! How true it is. First thing… earth can never be alone ..without a living perfect MASTER existing every time on it. What is earth without a perfect MASTER???

And yet we are unable to see HIM …coz we are never looking hard enuf. Not even as we sit in our dark room..waiting for HIM to appear. Lost in our own train of thoughts. With our own drunken monkey. We are never really waiting for HIM or looking for HIM..



And yet we keep complaining that we can’t see HIM… even when HE always keeps assuring us that HE is nearer to us then our own breath.



As dr Johnson writes—the veil that seperates us from HIM is not thicker then the wing of a butterfly. And yet we are unable to pierce thru such thin layer of veil. Coz we are never really looking for HIM.



THE POLAR EXPRESS-----



For this cartoon movie one scene says all….



The main actor a boy in this movie who doesn’t believe in Christmas or in Santa, gets a chance to ride a polar express which takes children to the home of Santa. He is unable to hear the jingling sound of Christmas bells.



The last scene when he finally believes in christmas and santa, he still is unable to hear the jingling sound. Desperatly yearning to hear this sound… his yearning is rewarded when he hears the sound of bell, which santa HIMSELF gave him. When he comes back home with this bell given to him by santa, no one who sees this bell can hear it’s sound. Only the believers and childlike innocent souls hear it.



The message in this last scene says….

That’s the reward of faith. As MASTER says…. The sound is always ringing within us only we have to learn to have faith in HIM and try hard enuf and yearn enuf to catch it….and we can…. We all can……

MATRIX- MY INTERPRETATION

Thomas A. Anderson, a computer programmer employed by Metacortex, leads a secret life as a hacker under the name "Neo" and wishes to learn the answer to the "What is the Matrix?" Neo can’t sleep in the night. He is restless and feels like he is looking for someone, who can answer his question..as we look for perfect MASTER, who can answer our question.. what is life? And it’s purpose.


We on the spiritual path will understand the feeling he describes--- ‘have u ever felt as if u don’t know if u r awake or dreaming?’ how many times in a day it struck in mind… is it a dream or reality. Which Saints answers for us… the life we r living is just a dream. Reality or truth is some thing else..



When Neo meets Morpheus , a perfect MASTER for him, Morpheus tells him—u r looking for me since last many years Neo, but I have spent a lifetime searching for u. our MASTER spends a lifetime..HIS lifetime looking and searching for HIS marked sheeps. Some of us may have searched for perfect MASTER for few years, some of us born in satsangi families already know HIM.. yet it’s HIM who spends HIS lifetime searching and collecting HIS sheeps.. HIS marked souls. In front of HIS long search, which takes us to HIM, our search is nothing. Just few years in this life. While HE is searching for HIS children since billions of years. Ever since we r apart.



Morpheus then describes Neo’s search n his question. “ you feel as if u r trying to get up from a dream. U feel as if there is something wrong with the world, and yet u don’t know what. “ Neo is surprised how Morpheus can guess his quest. As we sometimes feel, there is something wrong..we don’t belong here. And yet we r unable to answer where we belong? And we keep on trying to search here in this world, the belongingness. Our identity. Not knowing that we really do belong somewhere else… our real home is with our father.



Morpheus then describes matrix to Neo. “ the matrix or mayajaal is all around us. We can sense it with our senses. The real truth is behind the veil. Hidden from senses. You are a slave. U r born in a prison called matrix or maayajaal. U r tied with chains u can’t see or touch. Your mind and body both r slave. Slave of matrix. Matrix can’t be explained coz it’s beyond senses, u have to see with ur own eyes, u have to experience it urself to understand it.

Fellow travelers of spiritual path will understand the meaning of this very deeply. The words spoken by Morpheus in a movie… are so true. As our MASTER tells us. That this is the world of maya. What our senses perceives is just a game played by maya. A dream which our body and mind tells us is truth. And we keep on living this life. While our true home lies just behind a thin veil. We r tied with chains. Either gold or ordinary. But we r tied nonetheless. And keep coming back again n again in this world. As these chains can’t b broken till we find our very own Morpheus.. our MASTER.

Morpheus (named after the Greek god of dreams), then offers Neo two pills.. the chance to learn the truth about the Matrix: swallow a red pill and learn the truth or swallow a blue pill and return to the world as he knows it.

Our MASTER offers us the same choice. The red pill to learn about truth. Our pill is --- satsang in the company of perfect SAINT, one who HIMSELF has realised the truth. HE offers us initiation in the path of truth. It’s our choice to take red pill or the blue one. And go on living in this world of transmigrations. And keep ourselves chained or learn the truth and free our selves. As later Morpheus tells Neo about those ones, who believes deeply that matrix is the truth. They don’t want to escape it. In fact they even are ready to give their lives in defending this mayajaal. As we were before we met our own Morpheus our MASTER. As many still does. Those who still love this world and perceives it to be true. Makes us feel the overwhelming gratitude of being fortunate enuf to meet our Morpheus.



When Neo is ready for truth, Morpheus the tells the truth about his body. His real body is not what he sees with his senses given by the matrix. His real body is in an energy pit. He tells us that Neo’s mind will take him to his real body. The seekers of spiritual path knows that reality is above senses. This body is given to us to function in this world according to our karmas. But our real body is our soul. Which is chained here with the help of mind and senses. But once mind becomes our friend in discovering the truth. It’s the mind which takes us behind that thin veil. In search of our soul. As Morpheus tells us – real body is not here .. only mind and senses are working and living in this—matrix.



In this movie there is a character called--- Oracle. In this soul’s interpretation…this soul has dubbed this character as the aadi shakti. Mother of matrix. The consort of the creator of matrix.





Neo is trained to become a member of the group. Morpheus trains Neo to come out of the limitations of mind. He tells Neo things like----

The matrix or mayajaal is the reflection of ur own senses. U r what ur senses percieve. Thus u too r ur own imaginary reflection. Everything that our senses percieves is truth for us. While in reality the truth is above senses and perceptions.

But like us Neo is unable to believe that all this life and memory he has lived uptill now is imaginary. Feeded by matrix. That it’s not truth. Morpheus consoles Neo. That after some point the truth is not revealed quickly. Coz mind can’t take it. It has to be done slowly. As the mind gets ready to grasp the truth. As MASTER takes us within very slowly. Coz since ages our mind percieves this world to be the truth. We r sooo much dependent on our senses. That only what we can sense with our senses is true for us. We can’t see MASTER’s workings and HIS love. But we can see the love or betrayals of our near n dear ones . and that is only truth for us. MASTER slowly makes us ready to grasp n digest the truth. And takes us within.

And Morpheus trying to free Neo from the bondage of mind, just like our MASTER does that for us, teaches Neo…

In the fight sequence where Morpheus is trying to take Neo out of his mind’s trappings he repeatedly asks Neo….

Don’t try Neo, just believe.

Do u really think u r breathing Neo, or is it just ur mind telling u.

Give up three things Neo and u will be free of ur mind.. fear, doubt and disbelieving.

As we have to give up these very three things to progress on our spiritual path. Fear of loosing our own identity n merging into the ONE. Doubt coz our senses keeps telling us this world is real even as our MASTER promises us that the real world is inside us, full of love n peace. Yet our doubting mind keeps looking for thses very things in this world.

Not believing that our MASTER really is going to take us home. Taking all our burden. As we have been conditioned since ages that we have to bear our own cross, our own burden. That some one can love us sooo unconditionally and without asking anything in return despite our soooo many shortcomings. Despite that we keep on forsaking our vows. Yet HE can still love us. Can free us from the bonding of our own mind.



And the moment Neo starts believing he is up in the sky…flying… as our MASTER tells us..we can too.

Morpheus then tells Neo—I can show u the way, but u yourself have to walk on this path. As our MASTER tells us HE has shown us the path back home but only we can walk on it. By giving the promised amount of time to our MASTER . by doing what is required to walk on this path. By doing our meditation. Even if nothing happens… even if we r moving in dark. But still atleast we have started walking.



This soul wud like to end this article.. by mentioning a scene from second part of this movie.. the matrix revolution.

When Neo is about to meet the creator of matrix. Which this soul has dubbed as the negative power. The maker of our world. Where souls are kept chained to live many lives again n again.

Neo enters the door full of light. To meet the creator of matrix. The creator tells Neo that matrix has been constituted many times. Dissolved and created many times. In fact 6 times. As MASTER tells us about pralay n mahapralay.

The creator goes on by telling Neo that first time the matrix was perfect n pure. People were very good. Like satyug. And yet becoz of human beings failings it was dissolved.

The problem the creator says, is of choice. Human beings take predictable choice, if their mind are feeded with mere suggestion, they will make that predictable choice.

Our mind takes predictable choices. When it comes to choose between our four vows and the world as perceived by our mind and senses. We always choose this world. This is the problem of choice of our very own matrix, as our very own Morpheus our MASTER waits for us to recognize our potential and rise in full glory. We choose to give time to ourselves, our loved ones. Choosing to postpone our relation our time with our MASTER, in favor of our so called responsibilities. I’ll do this after my kids r grown up , when I retire…and sooo on…

Not realizing that if we choose to nurture our relation with our MASTER, we can rise to our full glory n potential in this very lifetime. Just like Neo did..we can also fly high…. :) :) :)

TALKING ABOUT MOVIES---

What movies has to do with spirituality? So much…. If that’s the way u look at it.




When a person is in love, for him/ her every song is meant for them. Every story somehow seems to be depicting their own emotions. Every thing seem to remind them of their loved ones. As if they can forget them even for a moment. Something always touches our heart coz that seem to be just the direct connection to what we are living at that present moment.



Some how for this soul called Roohi…. Every thing takes a spiritual turn. And so here this soul is sharing some movies which for her hides a deeper meaning. What that deeper message is.

So let’s talk about movies.. :) :)
 
THE TRUMAN SHOW….






The movie is framed around the television show "The Truman Show." Its main character, Truman Burbank, has lived his entire life since before birth in front of cameras for the show, though he himself is unaware of this fact. Truman's life is filmed through thousands of hidden cameras, 24 hours a day and broadcast live around the world. As we live our life completely unaware that we are living a drama. 24 hours a day. Every single breath.



The producer who is truman’s father as well captures his reactions and emotions under some circumstances which are controlled or triggered by Chirstof. As we show our reactions and emotions in this drama which is controlled by the negative power Kaal, as this power throws on us trials and tribulations according to our own karmas.



Truman's hometown of Seahaven is a complete set built under a giant dome and populated by the show's actors and crew, allowing Christof to control every aspect of Truman's life, even the weather. As our MASTERS tells us how we live in this world which is merely the copy of true worlds above, pind, and, brahamand. And each one of us is actor or crew member who will act out our own part and will leave this show one day. As Kaal takes back his clothes , our bodies, one day.



To prevent Truman from discovering his false reality, Christof has invented means of dissuading his sense of exploration, including "killing" his father in a storm while on a fishing trip to instill in him a fear of the water, and making many news reports and 'adverts' about the dangers of travelling, and featuring television shows about how good it is to stay at home. As our own created dreams, desires, hopes and fears which makes us go on and on in this life , which we live according to our own senses and mind.



However, despite Christof's control, Truman has managed to behave in unexpected manners, in particular falling in love with an extra, Sylvia, instead of Meryl, the actress intended to be his wife.



Despite every precaution taken by the creator of this show, Truman starts wondering about certain incidences which seem not normal to him. After his marriage breaks apart Truman starts thinking about leaving this town. But he is unable to arrange to leave the town as some thing or another keeps cropping up. He is blocked by the inability to arrange for flights, bus breakdowns, sudden masses of traffic, and an apparent nuclear meltdown. Some how as MASTER shakes us out of our stupor and tells us the realities of our lives we try to leave this world and try to reach back home. But senses prevents us by creating blocks for us. We can do this tomorrow when my kid grows up, or when I retire , or when I have had full enjoyment of this live and when I yearn no more for these needs. I can leave tomorrow. There is still more time left…yet time keeps running by. Leaving us with nothing.



Eventually he overcomes his fear of water and manages to escape. Christof orders every actor and crew member to search the town, breaking the town's daylight cycle to help in the search. They find that Truman has managed to overcome his fear of the water and has been sailing away from the town in a small boat named Santa Maria. After restoring the broadcast, Christof orders the show's crew to create a large storm to try to capsize the boat. However, Truman's determination eventually leads Christof to terminate the storm. As Truman recovers, the boat reaches the edge of the dome, its bow piercing through the dome's painted sky. An awe-struck Truman then discovers a flight of stairs nearby, leading to a door marked "exit".



As he contemplates leaving his world, Christof speaks directly to Truman via a powerful sound system, trying to persuade him to stay and arguing that there is no more truth in the real world than there is in his own, artificial world. Truman, after a moment's thought, delivers his catchphrase, "In case I don't see you ... good afternoon, good evening, and good night," bows to his audience, and steps through the door and into the real world.

Somehow one day with the help and grace of our MASTER, we overcome our senses. We manage to start our journey of leaving this show preparing for exit. As HE shows us the door to exit this prison of continuous drama. And as we manage to find enough courage to reach that door, the tenth door, and manage to knock it and enter it as we exit this dream world full of controlled drama and pain.



This complete movie tells us all about the lives we live. For every one of us walking on this spiritual path knows as the MASTER tells us that we are living a drama already written. And we are merely actors who will act out our part and step out when the act is over. The carefully controlled atmosphere of our life created by the creator and controlled by the power who is always bent on keeping us chained here in our lives, making us live it again and again. And so many of us through out our lives are unable to judge that it’s a dream , a drama that we are living. And there is a true world somewhere which is full of love , which is our true home.



Most wonderful is the last scene of this movie as Truman shows determination to overcome not only his fear of water but a nasty storm as well. Not giving up. As we shudn’t. Once we know the reality of our lives. And once we know that we can leave this world , that there really exist a door which can take us out of this wheel of transmigrations. Only thing required now is this determination to leave it. And find that door which our MASTER tells us , is within us. The determination Truman shows when he finds out that even the sea he was sailing in was fabricated, staged. As he feels the moment’s despair. Will he be able to leave this world. But then he starts looking for a door. All it requires for us to have that much determination to reach and search that door. Which will lead us out. All it needs for us to keep looking for that door. And once we find it…. As Truman opens it and muster up his courage to step thru it…his creators voice urging him to come back and he gathers up and giving his parting shot steps out…and so as we find that door we just do that….we step out…. In the arms of our MASTER… we exit….



But how can this happen till we don’t feel that this drama is fabricated. That we are merely actors playing our part. And even if life is beautiful, there is something missin. Some thing is not rite. And we don’t belong here. How can this happen till we don’t take the decision to leave it all and finds our true home. And how can this happen till we don’t find enuf courage to find that door which can lead us out?



Coz MASTER keeps telling us. And while we are there with HIM we can feel the unreality of our existence. But as soon as we are in our own fabricated lives, we forget that we intended to leave this all. We forget to keep looking for that door. In that required 2 and half hour of time. Which we need to keep aside to search and reach for that exit door.



What we need is the real restlessness of Truman, from his controlled existence, the real skeptism for this drama called life, and his real determination to overcome our own fears and real determination to leave it all. All we really need is to be like Truman.

There is this famous story , which goes something like this.
Once a man carrying heavy load on his head was seeking a lift to reach some where. But no one was ready to stop his or her car. Coz everyone was busy trying to reach some where. After a while some one stopped his car and generously gave this seeker lift. The seeker sat down inside but kept his load on his head. The driver asked the seeker to keep his load down under the seat. But the seeker denied putting the load off. Saying- u r so generous sir as to give me this lift. I won’t bother u more by asking u to give lift to my load as well. I’ll carry my own burden. The man smiled unable to convince the seeker to give up his burden coz for the man this load was nothing.



This is the way most of us lead our lives. Every single soul on this earth is carrying her share of burden of karmas. Of impressions on her mind of numerous lives. Sometimes this load becomes soooo heavy that we are unable to carry it all by ourselves. Yet carry it we must. No one else can do this for us. But once in a while we are fortunate enough to catch the loving and kind generosity of a perfect MASTER. A driver who can take us to our destination, us seekers. Once in a while, once in a lifetime, once in this very life…. HE gives us lift in HIS vehicle and ask us to put our burdens down. And we in our stupidity keep denying. Coz we are so groomed in sooo many lives that we are unable to believe that we can be free of our burdens, that we need not carry it any more. Since HE and HIS vehicle is strong enuf to hold us and our burdens. That finally we can put down and just LET GO….. :)

Although this is the most wonderful thing of this path. But we are unable to comprehend. We keep on reading wonderful quotes throughout our lives. And we somewhere deep within our heart feel a yearning to hold on to these words. To teach our selves to live by them. Yet with our busy life and our tendency to keep holding on to our burdens we are unable to do so. One such quote goes like this…
 if u love some one let go … if it is meant for u it will return back to u. if it doesn’t it was never meant for u. and another… let go of ur anger… and another … if u hold on tooo tight on love it will become possessiveness . so just let go…



Now is our chance to learn to live by these words. Coz though we may never realise but letting go is very hard when we don’t have some thing concrete to hang on to… :)

After all none of us can hang in air without support. And our mind really does need this energy to survive in this world. After all it’s only purpose is to function in this world..



But we have our MASTER, to hang on to, to hold on to, our very own driver who HIMSELF is telling us to let go…to keep aside our burden, assuring us in every way to trust HIM atleast once. That if we just let go HE won’t let us fall down or fall apart. HE will give us cake as well as candy…. Parmarth as well as swarth. What more do we want???? But we habitual of carrying our own burdens since millions of life times, are unable to let go… we keep clinging to our every large as well as very minor burdens. Are we so unsure of HIS ability to carry everything for us???? If so how can we be really sure that HE can take us back home? If we can’t trust HIM to carry our burdens for us? Despite HIS always saying to trust HIM once???? How naïve and untrusting we are?



Let us just start letting go. Let us just start living all those wonderful words that crossed our path thru out our lives. Giving us a pause and a moment of reflection and a yearning to live them… LET GO….



And what better place to learn about this letting go …. Then our intimate conversation with our GOD???



As we sit down and close our eyes and stare in darkness we can’t think about HIM. We are so unable to do so. Instead what do we think about??? We are trying to see or plan our future. Despite many of us are fully aware that nothing is in our hand. Or we are thinking about our past. Past regrets, past relations, past hurts, past unhappiness, past frustrations, past sadness, and sooo very seldom past happy moments. Unable to tell our mind that that’s what it is--- past… even as we think or say a single word that moment is already past.. we feel same anger, frustrations, sadness, pain or lil bit happiness all over again. First we are living a life which is already past, coz it already happened when it was being written. We are merely acting out already written part. Then we persist on living that life over and over again. Or we are pursuing imaginary conversations, or worries or dreams. That’s what they are imaginery… coz most of them, or every one of them will never happen. We even argue and vent out our frustrations in that darkness. We do every thing instead of thinking about HIM and HIS love. We are so self obsessed with our all those burdens.





So next time when we sit down. We do that very thing that once MASTER said…. When u are going for fox hunting go prepared for lion hunting. Next time as our mind picks up one of his own burden… we gently pull it back and tell it…LET GO…. We do it again and again and again… till it’s convinced that it can let go this anger this pain this frustrations, this plannings this worrings…. And as it picks up another burden to examine or recreate …we again tell it… LET GO…



Most of us have gone thru some major pain or let down very hard in life. This experience can become such insistent visitor in darkness. We are sooo much forced to relive it again. For some disciples who are fortunate enuf to live with a TEACHER, whose teacher is physically present , they get help from their teacher. While many of us… whose physical teacher is far from our reach flounders sooooo that any letting go becomes hard. Some times many of us give up our spiritual practice. Coz we are unable to face that insistent visitor again and again. And HE oh HE seem soo far and out of reach.



Here we are wrong. Here we are unable to trust HIM. When HE says HE is nearer to us then our own breath. Just closing our eyes away. Agreed that we don’t have access to HIS radiant form yet and HE even if answers our questions we are unable to hear HIM. And who can say when we will be able to have that access? Who knows if we will have that before we take our last breath. A very grim picture. And so many of us give up….



But the solution can be so simple…. Just LET GO… :)





We let go our conversations with HIM. We don’t let go our thoughts. Why?? Coz our trust and faith is very little. And HE even understands that. HE in HIS loving kindness even says that till we go within we can’t develop unshakable faith. So what do we do? We pack that insistent visitor, make a bundle, take it inside HIS vehicle and without HIS needing to ask us we keep it down under HIS seat. :) and we LET GO….it’s now HIS to carry and do as HE sees fit. It’s no longer our burden. And next time our mind wants to replay that insistent visitor…we tell it that we don’t have access to that particular part since our MASTER carries that particular load and is busy dispensing it as HE sees fit… so we ask our mind to let go…. :)





And here lies our childlike trust in the ability of our FATHER… since if daddy is driving us home nothing can go wrong…. Somewhere there is this wonderful quote…
 blessed are those with childlike heart coz they will be fortunate enuf to enter the gates of heaven. To enter heaven we need to become small child like pure again. :)



And if daddy is holding our pains and our burdens..do we ever need to worry?? Or think about them again????



And as we keep letting go of our future , of our past there only remains one moment—present. Slowly and surely as we let go every moment that is already over and let go moments that are yet to come we reach where HE always wants us to reach… we reach in this very moment. The present moment. Where we are the only one writer… and we write our love story with HIM in this very present moment. As soon as mind reaches this present moment… we experience HIS love for us.





So just LET GO….
